Автор анализирует принципы соотношения текста и изображения в христианской картографии, рассматривает ее связь с библейскими представлениями о географии, топографии и темпоральности. В статье прослеживаются методы использования образов Mappe mundi как мнемонических матриц в целях религиозного просвещения на примере педагогических сочинений Гуго Сен-Викторского «Описание карты мира», «О священном Ковчеге Ноя» и «О Ковчеге морали Ноя».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is dedicated to the role of monasterial cartography in the religious didactics of the Middle Ages. The author analyzes principles of correlation of text and image in the Christian cartography, examines its connection with the biblical concepts of the geography, topography and temporality.
