Статья посвящена идее исходного положения в теории справедливости Джона Ролза как этапу в развитии формального обоснования моральных предписаний в политической философии. Анализируется процедура принятия решений в этике, предложенная Ролзом в ранних работах.
The article is devoted to the idea of the original thesis of John Rawls’s theory of justice as a stage in the development of a formal justification of moral precepts in political philosophy. The decision-making procedure in ethics proposed by Rawls in his early works is analysed.
