Зарегистрированная формула красочного пигмента, патент на метод создания нерукотворных работ, нематериальные картины, чеки на продажу пустоты, архитектура из воздуха, полет из окна - вот неполный список изобретений, позволивших Кляйну закрепить за собой образ гениального фокусника в белых перчатках. Однако эти изобретения дали повод некоторым исследователям, например Тьерри де Дюву, не совсем обоснованно упрекать Кляйна в фальсификации своих достижений: подмене понятий цены и ценности, выдумывании несуществующих работ и легковерной мистификации личности художника. Данная статья оспаривает обвинения критика и демонстрирует, что все приемы мистификации, использованные Кляйном, являются легитимными не только в контексте переходного периода между модернизмом и постмодернизмом, но и как стратегия авангарда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In between modernism and postmodernism Yves Klein hovered over the verge of mysticism and mystification, abstraction and corporeity, paint, fire and air. Registered paint formula, patent for remote artworks creation, immaterial paintings, checks for the void transfer, architecture from air, flight from the window - here is an incomplete list of inventions that allowed Klein to gain the reputation of an ingenious magician in white gloves. However these inventions gave reason for some researchers as Thierry de Duve to invalidly blame Klein for falsification of his achievements: assimilation of artistic value to price, excogitation of non-existent works and self-mystification to the point of credulity.
