В статье исследованы некоторые вопросы обладания свободой воли в связи с возможностями так называемого искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Для этого рассмотрены различные подходы к пониманию свободы воли, представленные в современной аналитической философии сознания, и в контексте каждого из этих подходов поставлены и, где это оказалось возможным, решены вопросы о том, может ли ИИ обладать свободой воли в том смысле, в котором это понимается при данном подходе; может ли ИИ влиять на то, в какой мере обладают свободой воли (в соответствующем смысле) люди. Кроме того, рассмотрены некоторые опасения, связанные с идеей обладания ИИ свободой воли.

The article studies three questions of having free will in relation to artificial intelligence (AI). Two of them are whether AI can have free will and whether AI can somehow influence the degree to which people have free will. In order to discuss and, where possible, solve these questions are considered different approaches that are presented in contemporary analytic philosophy of consciousness to what should be understood by having free will. The third question addresses some of the main concerns related to the idea of AI having free will.
