On the issue of phenomenology emergence in the course of research programs collisions
Abstract
This paper argues that Husserl’s phenomenology is the result of a kind of synthesis of the various propositions and methods, including competing, research programs: positivism, descriptive and empirical psychology. The article compares the ontological and epistemological factors for the phenomenology and programs competing with it. Husserl’s position regarding ontological status of the consciousness and natural world Husserl introduced a distinction between the ontological status of the entities and the essential judgments which formal structure is determined by laws of the consciousness functioning.
