Античные истоки в орнаменте монументальных мозаичных ансамблей раннепалеологовской эпохи
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются взаимосвязи орнаментов, украшающих мозаики Кахрие джами, Фетхие джами (Константинополь) и церкви свв. Апостолов (Фессалоника) с орнаментальными мотивами, популярными в античную и раннехристианскую эпоху. Особенное внимание уделяется мозаичному убранству церкви свв. Апостолов, в котором трактовка орнаментальных мотивов носит чрезвычайно живописный, антикизирующий характер.
