Gloss on the margins of a migration theory
Abstract
Description of the demographic, socio-political, economic, environmental and climatic situation in 265 countries and territories of the world in 2015 revealed the international migration as a factor in the generative processes of an international environment. Performance of global organizations, the institutionalization of multilateral agreements, rise of new migration management mechanisms altogether limit the possibility of using the established approaches. The need to take into account new trends is dictated by the fact that, in practice, Russia is at the time the country of origin, transit and destination of the migration flows.
